The learnbuildshare.ro website (the “Site”) is run by Asociatia Learn, Build and Share (“LBS”, “we”, “us”), a volunteer-run non-profit association based in Timișoara, Romania. These Terms set out the rules for using the Site. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the Site for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • sell, rent, redistribute or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or its content;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer or try to disrupt any part of the Site or its security;
  • use the contact or newsletter forms to send spam or unlawful or abusive content, or to submit someone else’s details without their permission.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We are volunteers and do not promise any support or maintenance for the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and photos, belong to LBS or to the people and partners who provided them. Using the Site does not give you any rights to that content beyond viewing it. The names and logos of projects and partners shown on the Site belong to their respective owners, and you may not use them without their permission.

Messages you send us

You are responsible for what you send us through the contact form, the newsletter form or by email. We use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other websites

The Site links to websites and services we do not control, such as our projects, partners and social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. When you follow a link, that website’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, error-free or always available. Details of programs, workshops, meetups and events can change; please check with the organisers before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it. You use the Site at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Copyright concerns

We respect other people’s intellectual property. If you believe that something on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us with:

  • a description of the work you believe has been infringed;
  • the material on the Site you would like us to remove, and where to find it;
  • your name and contact details;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and that the information you have given us is accurate.

We will review your request and remove the material where appropriate.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and the date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way will be settled by the competent courts in Timișoara, Romania.
